5月16日墨尔本房产清盘率80%，上星期清盘率是77%，去年同期只有70%。

今天REIV共统计到了803个拍卖，613个售出190流拍（其中81由卖家代理出价）。

今年到目前为止，共有超过12,000个拍卖，售出率是77%。今年表现最好的区是：Reservoir(130个), Glen Waverley(118个), Richmond(118个), Bentleigh East(112个), St Kilda(106个) 和Mount Waverley(104个)。
