数据统计:澳大利亚主要城市房产拍卖清除率

1、悉尼拍卖清除率

2、墨尔本拍卖清除率

3、布里斯班拍卖清除率

4、阿德莱德拍卖清除率

刚过去的7月份最后一个周末（7月25、26日），整个维州总共进行了687场房产拍卖，在拍卖中成功售出房产542套，录得其拍卖清盘率为76%，高于上周的75%，也比去年同期高出了9个百分点（70%）。

墨尔本有许多地区，本年度迄今为止其房价涨幅已经超过20%，其中包括Mount Waverley (28％), Doncaster (28％), Burwood (27％)和Balwyn North (23％).
